Jose Luis Acanda Montano Possesses A Wealth Of Knowledge About Martial Arts

Jose Luis Acanda Montano is an experienced martial arts trainer from Cuba, who takes great pride in the fact that he has helped numerous students learn martial arts through his excellent service. Jose was a member of a “Cerro Pelado Tournament”, a four time national champion, and a Virginia state champion. He was born in Cuba, where he completed his high school, and later moved to the United States in 2004. His first job was at a junior high school in the province of Pinar del Rio, Cuba, where served as a Tae kwon do instructor. Later, he got the chance to work for many reputed companies.

Jose Luis Acanda Montano enjoys training young students in martial arts, and more importantly loves to see the positive impact his training has on them. The only thing he wishes is to see more parents doing tae kwon do with their kids and get active. He says that by joining their children in martial arts training, parents would set a position example.

As a person, Jose Luis Acanda Montano is warm, friendly, and kind-hearted. When he was a kid, his hero was Fidel Castro as that’s what he was taught to believe. But as he grew older, he realized that everyone who takes care of their families and works hard to improve is a hero. Now, he looks up to all those people, who strive hard to give their family a better life. Jose always follows his principal trainer, Joaquin Palacios’ advice to always do the right thing and help out people in need.

Jose Luis Acanda Montano Has Received Tae Kwon Do Training From The Elite Cuban Sports Federation

Jose Luis Acanda Montano is a martial arts instructor who is trained in Olympic style tae kwon do from the elite Cuban Sports Federation. He was born in Cuba on January 14, 1980 and completed his schooling there. As a kid, he considered Fidel Castro as his hero but as he grew, he realized that everyone who takes care of their families is a hero in their own way. Even today, he looks up to people who are dedicated towards their family and work hard to improve. He also keeps in mind the advice his principal trainer, Joaquin Palacios gave him. Mr. Palacios advised him to always be nice to everyone, try to do the right things, and help people in need.

In 2004, Jose Luis Acanda Montano moved to the United States from Cuba. By this time, he had many achievements in martial arts under his belt. He had played for Cuba and was honored four times as the national champion. He had also got the opportunity to work as a Tae kwon do instructor at a junior high school in the province of Pinar del Rio, Cuba.

After moving to the United States, Jose Luis Acanda Montano worked in the US Tae Kwon Do College in Tysons Corner, VA. While working here as an instructor, he also worked for Ourisman Toyota at the position of loaner car manager. Later, Jose worked for companies like – Mountain Kim - Tysons Corner, VA; Lifetime Fitness - Centreville, VA; Armani Exchange - Tysons Corner, VA; and many more.

Jose Luis Acanda Took His Training From Cuban Sports Federation

Jose Luis Acanda is a proficient Tae Kwon do instructor with a tremendous experience in training 100 students ranging of all age groups. He instructed 4 classes on daily bases and provided private sessions in TKD for conditioning and sparring. He has won Nation Championship 4 times. He has been a part of an Olympic team. He is a Tiger Den Tae Kwon do Black Belt trainer with expertise in good kicking techniques. He has been a Tae Kwon do instructor in Mountain Kim, which is located in Tysons Corner, Virginia from 2007 to 2009.

Jose Luis Acanda was educated in Cuba in Fajardo Sports Graduation School and trained by the elite Cuban Sports Federation in Olympic style tae kwon do. He did his first job as a Tae kwon do instructor at a junior high school in the province of Pinal del Rio, Cuba. He was born in Cuba  where he use to teach in military training. Then, he moved to America in 2004. Here, he attended the martial school for 8 years and became a Virginia State Champion once. He has also worked with Armani Exchange, Tysons Corner, Virginia where he successfully interacted with customers and retail buyers to expedite orders.

Jose Luis Acanda also encourages more and more parents to make their kids do tae kwon do and get active because he loves to see parents setting a positive example and take care of themselves. His hard work and dedication can be seen through the training he provided. He loves seeing the positive impact that training has on his students. When not busy with training his students, he likes to play paintball, riding bike, running, camping trips and dancing. He is very close to his family and also spends quality time with them.

Jose Luis Acanda Montano Is A Zumba Instructor

Jose Luis Acanda Montano is an experienced Zumba Instructor whose main aim is to provide affordable, energetic and effective classes to his clients. He is really passionate about dance and fitness. He teaches different Zumba styles in a variety of formats to inspire participants of all fitness and experience levels to achieve a healthy and fit lifestyle. Carrying the experience of teaching Pilates, yoga, aerobics, strength training and dance fitness, he has earned impeccable reputation in the fitness industry.

Upon graduating,  he knew he wanted to be in the health and fitness field. He grew up dancing: mostly Modern Dance, Swing, Salsa & Hip Hop. His love of dance and fitness lead him to become a Certified Zumba Instructor. When he gives classes, his main goal is for people to feel the music and let loose, without being overly concerned about whether they are doing it right or wrong. He advises his clients to choose fitness clothes which is available in good material and whisks the sweat and allows you to dance freely.

Jose Luis Acanda Montano also writes a fitness blog where he uploads videos and pictures of his class sessions for his followers. He believes that Zumba is for everyone, and he really loves to see people enjoy themselves as they dance and workout. He regularly attend continuing education classes and active sessions to bring more fun to classes and fresh new choreography.
